    Shipping is a flat $4 per order or free for orders over $50, EXCLUDES HAT PURCHASES.

    Shipped hats are a flat $10 per order.

    Processing Time:

    Jewelry ~ 5 business days

    Hats ~ 3 weeks

    If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

    Southwest Sol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to follow your order to its destination. Please open a claim with your local post office if your package says delivered but you don't have it. 

  • Returns

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    ALL ITEMS are final sale. If your items arrive damaged, we will replace them or issue a refund.

    As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
